By Laws

The club is governed by a set of bylaws that have been revised
by the 2007 Board of Directors to reflect changes that have
been made to the operations of the club since the last revision
of the bylaws. This version of the bylaws of the club, as ratified
by the club members on October 9, 2007, are available as a
